			<description>The South Caucasus Network of Human Rights Defenders unites 30 organizations in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia and aims to facilitate creation of safer and enabling environment for human rights defenders in these countries. 

The Network provides legal, physiological, medical support to Human Rights Defenders who are under threat, attack, detention, prosecution, or otherwise at immediate risk due to government or third party repression. In critical situations the Network also provides finances and other assistance for immediate evacuation and temporary residence of the defender in a safer country and/or helps the defender to seek asylum in that country.
