When the trial started the defense attorney filed a petition to postpone the hearing as one of the defendants Hovhannes Ghukasyan was sick. According to the paper given by the Medical Department he had serious respiratory virus infection. He was not able to attend the trial. The judge granted the petition and the trial was postponed till October 27, 10:00am.
Note that all trials of policemen Gegham Grigoryan and Andranik Manukyan were being postponed because the defense attorney needed time to get acquainted with the case materials.
