Case of 7 Statement Of Press Secretary Of C.E. Department Of M.O.J. On Health Condition Of Shant Harutyunyan

On March 5, 2008 Shant Harutyunyan had a medical examination by doctors of First Aid Service. During the medical examination Shant Harutyunyan told the doctors that he suffered from headaches, sickness and feebleness. After the medical examination the doctors found out that heart sounds are clean, breathing is vesicular, abdomen is smooth and does not pain.
The second statement concerns the visit of a doctor of psychiatric department of prison issued on March 7, 2008. Shant Harutyunyan behaved himself aggressively and sounded swear-words, as well as he rejected any medical interference. Taking into consideration that it was impossible to subject Shant Harutyunyan to medical examination at that moment, as well as taking into consideration that his aggressive behaviour can be a result of mental disorder, the latter was isolated. He is under a twenty-four-hour control.
