Ըստ Հելսինկյան Ասոցիացիայի ստացած տվյալների`այսօր ժամը 17:00-ի սահմաններում տեղի է ունեցել Արմինե Օգանեզովայի (Ծոմակի) հասցեին ուղղված հերթական սպառնալիքը: Հիշեցնենք, որ Մայիսի 8-ին առավոտյան ժամը 05:30-ի սահմաններում Ծոմակին պատկանող "Դի-Այ-Ուայ" փաբը պայթեցվել էր երիտասարդ ազգայնական խմբի անդամների կողմից: Վերջին օրերին ամեն օր տվյալ երիտասարդները խմբով գալիս են "Դի-Այ-Ուայ" փաբի մոտ նստում: Իսկ այսօր ժամը 16:30-ի սահմաններում տվյալ խմբի անդամներից 3-ը հերթական անգամ գալով այստեղ՝ սպառնալիքներ են տեղացել փաբի տիրուհու հասցեին, հայհոյել, ասելով, որ իրենք ֆաշիստ են և թույլ չեն տալու, որ վերականգնեն փաբը: Երիտասարդներից մեկն ընդհուպ թքել է Ծոմակի վրա: Զանգահարել են ոստիկանություն. ոստիկանությունից ոչ ոք մինչև հիմա չի ներկայացել:

Today Helsinki Association Monitor Arman Veziryan and Lawyer Nina Karapetyants visited Senior Investigator K. V. Sharoyan at Shengavit district police department and got acquainted with the decision regarding A. Veziryan’s case. According to it a criminal case has been initiated as per Article 118 of RA Criminal Code.

Helsinki Association monitors Arman Veziryan and Gegham Melkonyan conducted monitoring on the RA political parties' electoral campaign during 2012 parliamentary elections. They have conducted monitoring in the following territories; Yerevan, Gegharkunik region - Martuni, Gavar, Vardenis, Eranos, Vardenik, Tsovagyugh and Armavir region – Armavir city, Metsamor, Edjmiatsin. In the result of monitoring a large number of infractions were discovered both in Yerevan and in the observed regions.

Today Helsinki Association Monitor Arman Veziryan together with Helsinki Association Lawyer Nina Karapetyants visited Investigator A. Ghazaryan at Shengavit district police department with the aim to get acquainted with the medicolegal report. The report was as follows; “inflicting major physical damage to health, which emerged from the impact with a blunt instrument”. The inquest deadline is over, the case is sent for preliminary investigation.

“May 6th parliamentary elections were held like in previous years.”- as stated Helsinki Association Chairman, human right defender Mikael Danielyan in the interview with Epress.am.

Despite the fact that the chairman of the RA Central Electoral Commission Tigran Mukuchyan stated that

In accordance with the RA Electoral Code Article 66, Section 4 “The voting envelope is stamped by the Regional Electoral Commission stamp. This stamp must be near the ballot boxes, at a visible place for everybody.”
